This peppy arrangement will have your congregation singing their heart out! The piano has an energetic drive, while the flutes and violins add color, rhythm, and texture. The arrangement includes three stanzas and refrains. The final refrain has been simplified so that the voices of the congregation can take shine. The change of texture gives voices their own “moment” before the piece’s conclusion. Also, the keys have been lowered to F and G for a comfortable setting. This is a fun arrangement to play and a fresh way to approach a hymn that many churches are familiar with and enjoy singing.

The beautiful accompaniment and the unison congregation could be used both congregationally and chorally (as we did)… For small to medium-sized choirs on low attendance Sundays these could be effective choral pieces or as a way to develop choir and orchestra when (as is our case) some choir members are also instrumentalists. We used three pieces as part of our Easter celebration. All were very well received. We were able to include our developing orchestra with all of it. So, thank you!
